How To Schedule A Pickup Order

If delivery isn't an option for you, Spud has you covered! From our website you can fill your online cart, then you can pop into one of our affiliated retail store locations called "The Be Fresh Local Market" in Vancouver, and "Blush Lane Markets" in Alberta to pick up your Spud products. Pickup orders can be scheduled with just a few simple clicks.

To change your delivery to pickup, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the shopping cart icon at the very top of the right hand screen .A pop up will appear showing two options. Click on your cart then click the 'Order Review' button found in the bottom right-hand corner. A new page will load showing a summary of your entire order.

  2. At the very top of this page, you should now see the Delivery Address, the day you are shopping for and a button, “View pick up locations”. Click on the 'View Pickup Options' button.

  3. A new page will load with a calendar, all the pick up location available, as well as your home location. Click on the location you would like to pick up the order at from the drop down menu and then click "Save" to finalize setting your order as a pick up!

  4. The page will refresh and your changes saved so you can now see your order scheduled as a pick up! Click the "Cart" icon to display the fly-out cart and you will see the order scheduled as a pick up here, as well as on the Order Review page where it previously said Delivery.

    You will receive a new confirmation email that will list the pick up location address as well as the pick up times for the store. Any previous confirmation emails will no longer be relevant and a new one will be sent.

If for any reason you did not receive a confirmation email and the order is still showing your delivery address, please feel free to give us a call and we can correct this.

Please keep in mind that each store location has its own separate hours of operation.

Check our website on the morning of your delivery for your estimated time of arrival. Orders must be collected the day they are delivered. Uncollected orders will be donated and the account will be charged the full amount.
