There are two ways to change your address on SPUD.ca! Your address must be changed at least 24 hours before or after a scheduled delivery.


Change Your Account Address

  1. Log into your SPUD.ca account

  2. Navigate to “Hi [Your Name] and from the drop-down, select “More Preferences” and then “Address”

  3. Once on the Delivery Address page, you will be able to change your address and delivery instructions

  4. Press the yellow “Save Changes” button and your address will be changed


Add a New Delivery Profile

This feature allows you to add up to two additional profiles on your account, letting you send groceries to friends, family, a vacation house, or anywhere you’d like!

  1. Log into your SPUD.ca account

  2. Navigate to “Hi [Your Name] and from the drop-down, and under “General Settings” select “My Profile”

  3. Once on the Profiles page, select “Add A New Profile” located under your main account holder address

  4. From there, you will be asked to enter the postal code of the new location, select a delivery date, provide the full address with delivery instructions, input payment method, and edit communication preferences

  5. Once filled out, you can begin ordering


Tips

  • To change the selected profile, log into your SPUD.ca account, navigate to “My Profiles” from the drop-down menu, and select your preferred profile

  • Secondary profiles do not need to be located in the same location as the primary profile

  • When there are multiple profiles on your account, you will be asked to select one each time you log into SPUD.ca
