Sometimes things happen and you need your groceries a day earlier (or maybe even later!). Here at SPUD, you can update your delivery date up to 8pm the night before your confirmed delivery date in Vancouver & Vancouver Island, and 10pm in Edmonton & Calgary.
To change your delivery date, sign into your SPUD.ca account and follow the steps below:
From the main page, select the "Calendar" icon along the upper right of the screen and click the green "Manage Calendar" button on the bottom of the slide out
From here, select the delivery date you'd like to change your order to.
You will be asked if you want to move your entire cart to the new date, or create a new order for that date.
Select "Yes, please move my cart" and then the green "Move Order" button and your order will now be moved. You will see your order switch to the new date in the Delivery Calendar.
When successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email that will show all the various changes to the order.
