Did you know you can cancel an order directly from our website? When an order is cancelled before your order deadline (which is the day before your delivery date, 8 p.m. for BC and 10 p.m. for AB customers), you will not be billed for it.
Should you wish to cancel an order after the order deadline, you can call our Community Care team, however your payment method will still be charged the full amount for your order.
Please follow the instructions below to cancel an order using our website:
Click on your cart then click the 'Order Review' button found in the bottom right-hand corner.
From here, scroll down part way and click the "Cancel Order" button on the right side of the screen. A pop up will appear to confirm the order cancellation
Once you click the 'OK' button, a cancellation confirmation email will automatically be sent to your inbox
