Did you know you can cancel an order directly from our website? When an order is cancelled you will not be billed for it. If you are cancelling an order after the order deadline you will not be able to do so using our website, instead please contact customer care.


Please follow the instructions below to cancel an order using our website:

  1. Click on your cart then click the 'Order Review' button found in the bottom right-hand corner.





  2. From here, scroll down part way and click the "Cancel Order" button on the right side of the screen. A pop up will appear to confirm the order cancellation





  3. Once you click the 'OK' button, a cancellation confirmation email will automatically be sent to your inbox
