We know that it can be challenging for apartment customers who typically must be home to receive a delivery. Did you know that do still deliver even when you are not home?

Here are some options to consider:

  1. Does your buzzer go to a cell phone? If so, when the drive arrives, you can buzz the driver in and arrive home to your groceries waiting safely outside your unit door.

  2. Does the building have a concierge that can accept the delivery?

  3. Does your building provide lock boxes where once provided with the code, the driver can leave the order inside the lock box.

  4. Provide us with a key for our routing team so that we can drop off your order right to your suite, even if you are not home. Please note we are able to provide a special request form, should the building manager require this. We also would take full responsibility for the key.

  5. Get permission from the manager, caretaker, or neighbor to allow your driver access to leave the groceries at your suite door.
