We know that it can be challenging for apartment customers who typically must be home to receive a delivery. Did you know that do still deliver even when you are not home?
Here are some options to consider:
Does your buzzer go to a cell phone? If so, when the drive arrives, you can buzz the driver in and arrive home to your groceries waiting safely outside your unit door or in the lobby.
Does the building have a concierge that can accept the delivery?
Does your building provide lock boxes or mail rooms where the driver can leave the order inside the lock box or mail room.
Provide us with a key for our routing team so that we can drop off your order right inside your building, even if you are not home. We would take full responsibility for the key.
Get permission from the manager, caretaker, or neighbor to allow your driver access to leave the groceries at your suite door. We may need an alternate buzzer code for this method.
