To get home deliveries to your Office, we will need complete address information, delivery instructions, and some contact information in case we have access issues. Here at SPUD, you can change and update your delivery instructions up to 48 hours before your next delivery!


Changing your delivery instructions can be done in a few simple steps!

  1. Log into your SPUD.ca account

  2. Navigate to “Hi [Your Name] and from the drop-down, select “More Preferences” and then “Address”

  3. Once on the "Delivery Address" page, you will be able to change your delivery instructions near the bottom where it says "Buzzer number/Notes:"

  4. Once changed, select the yellow “Save Changes” button and your delivery instructions will be saved

Please note that all Office Accounts may only have one pick up and drop off location. We are unable to accommodate requests to unpack groceries or enter lunchroom spaces, kitchens, or meeting rooms at this time.
