While certain products may not make it to the catalog, we do appreciate all feedback and read every single one that comes our way! Our purchasing department are working hard to bring customers the best quality items that are both affordable and in great demand.
To Request a Product, follow these simple steps:
Log into your Spud account
Load the drop down menu beneath your name.
Load the "More General Preferences" sub-section
Head over to the "Request a Product" page
The benefit of using this form is that it gets sent directly to our purchasing department who will then be able to review the request.
Please keep an eye out on the New Products page found under the top navigation bar of your Spud account. We update this page on a regular basis and is a great way to see what new items have been included into our catalog.
Please note that all requests are reviewed based on a number of deciding factors including price, availability, seasonality and of course customer demand.
