SPUD Holiday Full Feast is a convenient and delicious solution to make your holiday dinner a meal to remember. Whether you are just looking for a turkey or want a whole feast delivered to your door we are here to make this festive season a stress-free holiday. Pre-order your items in advance and leave the rest to us.

Below are some of our most common frequently asked questions regarding our annual festive meal items.

When can I order?

Our Holiday Full Feast will be available for order as of Monday, November 20th, 2023.

All orders must be confirmed no later than 8pm PST on Sunday December 17th, 2023 for BC, and 10pm MST on Sunday December 17th, 2023 for Alberta.

Please note, turkey orders are while supplies last, so we recommend getting your Full Feast order confirmed as soon as possible to secure your meal items.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Yes, you can edit your order, and add or remove items from your cart until the order deadline the night before your delivery. These deadlines are 8pm in BC and 10pm in AB.

​Please note that Full Feast items are pre-ordered, meaning the items are being specially prepared just for you! Last minute cancellations will result in unnecessary food waste.

Changes to your order, including cancelling, must be made prior to the order deadline, which is the day before delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order after this time, you may call our Community Care team and do so, however you will be charged the full amount for your order.

Does the Full Feast come fully cooked?

No. We will provide you with specific instructions to ensure your selection is cooked perfectly. Side dishes will need to be transferred to ovenproof dishes for heating or cooking.

We recommend you put your side dish containers on a baking sheet in the oven, rather than directly on oven racks.

How many servings are in the side dishes?

Depending on the number of proteins added and the number of sides you order our Full Feast will feed between 4-6 adults.

Can I add more side dishes to my order?

Yes, sides can be ordered individually or in bundles. Savings are offered on bundles of 4 or 6. You will be charged the regular price for all sides bought outside of our bundle offer.

Can I order just the turkey and sides on their own?

Yes, you can. You can pre-order your holiday turkey or rib eye roast individually. The sides can also be pre-ordered on their own.

Do I need to season the proteins or turkeys before cooking?

We suggest using a small amount of olive oil with a sprinkle of salt and pepper at the minimum.

Do I need to season the sides?

No, the sides are pre-seasoned.

Are the turkeys and the sides gluten-free?

The turkeys are gluten free but are prepared in a facility where gluten is present. Some of our sides contain no added gluten or dairy but are also prepared in a facility where gluten and dairy are present. Rossdown Farms are proudly certified Halal by the BC Muslim Association.

Do you have a vegetarian dinner option?

Yes, we do! We have a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options on our site that would be perfect alternatives for your holiday dinner. These products do not need to be pre-booked so you can add them to your regular order.

What about dessert?

A dessert is not included, but we have a wide variety of fresh pies, cakes, and dessert options for you to choose from. If your preference is to bake a homemade dessert be sure to check out our site for all your baking needs.

How do I cook the turkeys and sides?

A complete set of cooking instructions will be included with your Full Feast.

Can I freeze the items if I don’t use them right away?

All side dishes can be frozen.
