Below are some of our most common frequently asked questions regarding our Holiday Full Feast pre-book offerings.
When can I order?
Our Holiday Full Feast pre-books will be available for order from Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 until Wednesday, December 17th, 2025.
Please note that turkey orders are while supplies last, so we recommend confirming your order as soon as possible to secure your meal items.
All orders must be confirmed no later than 8 pm PST on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, for British Columbia, and 10 pm MST on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, for Alberta.
After this time, changes to your order will not be possible.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your Holiday Full Feast pre-book order, including cancellations, up until the order deadline: 8 pm PST for British Columbia and 10 pm MST for Alberta on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025.
If you wish to cancel after the deadline, please call our Community Care team at 1-866-857-7783. Cancellations after the deadline will be charged the full order amount.
Please note that Full Feast items are pre-ordered, meaning the items are being specially prepared just for you! Last minute cancellations will result in unnecessary food waste.
Changes to your order, including cancelling, must be made prior to the order deadline. Should you wish to cancel your order after this time, you may call our Community Care team and do so, however you will be charged the full amount for your order.
How do I prepare my Holiday Full Feast?
Turkeys: All turkeys are delivered to you fresh and will need to be cooked at home.
Side dishes: All side dishes are pre-cooked but need to be reheated according to the instructions on the packaging. .
How many servings are in the side dishes?
Depending on the number of proteins added and the number of sides you order our Full Feast will feed between 4-6 adults.
Can I add more side dishes to my order?
Yes! Side dishes can be ordered individually at regular price or in bundles:
Save 10% on your sides when you buy 4
Save 15% on your sides when you buy all 6
Can I order just the turkey and sides on their own?
Yes, both the turkey and side dishes can be ordered separately.
Do I need to season the proteins or turkeys before cooking?
We suggest using a small amount of olive oil with a sprinkle of salt and pepper at the minimum.
Do I need to season the sides?
No, the sides are pre-seasoned.
Are the turkeys and the sides gluten-free?
The turkeys are gluten-free, though they are prepared in a facility that handles gluten. Some of our side dishes contain no added gluten or dairy, but they are also prepared in a facility where gluten and dairy are present.
Do you have a vegetarian dinner option?
Yes, we do! We have a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options on our site that would be perfect alternatives for your holiday dinner. These products do not need to be pre-booked so you can add them to your regular order.
What about dessert?
A dessert is not included, but we have a wide variety of fresh pies, cakes, and dessert options for you to choose from. If your preference is to bake a homemade dessert be sure to check out our site for all your baking needs.
Can I freeze the items if I don’t use them right away?
Both turkeys and side dishes can be frozen for later use.
When can my order be delivered?
Your Spud account will display the available delivery dates for the Holiday Full Feast pre-book. Depending on your delivery zone, you may be able to select either Monday December 22nd 2025, Tuesday December 23rd 2025, or Wednesday December 24th 2025.
