To improve quality control and ensure our refund process is line with the current standards for our industry, we've made some updates to our Online Refund Tool. This process will help us to improve and ensure you are fully satisfied with your future orders.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days and require detailed photographs to be submitted alongside each request.
The inclusion of photographs will help us collect visual information regarding any issues with your order so that we may pass on the feedback to our warehouse and delivery teams.
We kindly ask that all photo's be clear and easily identifiable. For case lot items or bulk purchases, please ensure to include pictures of all items together, for comparison. For expired items or quality concerns, please include photos of the expiry dates and product in question.
Requests must be submitted as soon as possible. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. All invoices are considered accurate after 7 days and will be ineligible for refunds.
While we will honour the large majority of requests submitted within 7 days, Spud reserves the right to deny a refund request at any time. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
