We want to make it easy to shop SPUD.ca, so it’s so simple to send to other addresses! With just the click of a button, you can set up a new user profile and order for a loved one, deliver groceries to your holiday home or send a gift to someone special.


From within your online account, the drop down menu has been organized using the most popular selections from "My Account" & "General Settings“.

Within the "General Settings" section, cx will see an option labelled "My Profiles" where you can learn all about Secondary Profiles!


Every account can have up to five (5) accounts, including the main account which will be clearly marked "Account Holder". You can give your profiles a fun nickname within the profile settings, which will be visible upon future logins!

Please note the character limit for Nicknames is 15.


How to set up a new SPUD User Profile

  1. Sign into your SPUD account

  1. Navigate to your user settings at the top of the page

  1. Under General Settings, select My Profiles

  1. Click + Add a New Profile and enter your details

You will be prompted to enter the postal code and choose a default delivery day just like when creating a new account. Each profile must have a first and last name, even if it's the same as the main account.


You can now order groceries for up to five different addresses, across any of the areas where we deliver!

Alberta:

Calgary and Edmonton

British Columbia:

Vancouver, Victoria, Thompson Okanagan


All communications will go to the main account holder. Each profile must also have an email address added, even if it's the same as the main account. You will still need to complete your profile and enter the delivery address.

The delivery address, billing information, and instructions can be edited right away, through the profile settings. Alternately, you can shop and add this info after, just like when creating a new account!

The final step of creating a profile is setting the preferences. New profiles have the unique feature of being able to copy the preferences so they're exactly the same as the main account!
