Online Invoices

We understand that having your invoice handy when reviewing your past orders can make it much easier to track for finances and order accuracy. We want to make this easier for you! We will always post and save your final invoice on the Spud site, directly within your online account.


You can view all your SPUD invoices by logging into your online account. Once you have logged in simply hover over your name at the top of the page. From the drop down select 'Orders / Request Refunds'.

Here you can view any past invoices, reorder past orders and also place any refund requests if you are not 100% happy with your order.


We strive to ensure that your confirmation email is accurate. However, your final updated invoice represents the final bill. As such, we kindly ask that you please ensure that your order is correct. To do so, please review your confirmation email after submitting your order. Spud retains the right to add appropriate deposits to maintain product quality.
